DOCBOOK-APPS: Slides V3.0b1 released

Over the past few weeks, I've ripped the slides doctype apart and
rebuilt it. Mostly this was just a matter of refactoring the
stylesheets so that they were a bit more logically organized. But I
also renamed some elements (section renamed to foilgroup) so 3.0 is
not backwards compatible with 2.0.
