I bugged Sebastian about this, it's related to the changes I made to
the *.font.family parameters. I added fallback to the font families:

  <xsl:param name="body.font.family" select="'&#34;Times Roman&#34;,serif'"/>

and this confuses PassiveTeX.

The easiest thing to do is probably redefine the font families locally
so that this error doesn't occur. In the longer-run, I hope Sebastian
is able to fix PT.
