DOCBOOK-APPS: bug in olinking DTD

If you are trying to use the new olinking mechanism,
you may run into a bug with the 1.53.0 distribution.
The common/targetdatabase.dtd file included with
the 1.53.0 distribution specifies an attribute name
of 'targetid' in two places, but both should
be 'targetptr'.  It's fixed in CVS so it will appear
in the next release. But if you need it today you
can get it from CVS or change the names yourself.
