DOCBOOK-APPS: dsssl customization questions

Hi, 
i use dsssl 1.76 with openjade and i wonder is anybody knows, how can i:
- make the number of the footnote superscript (upper index)
- make paragraphs of lists (ordered/itmized) first line indent
  (like para-indent-firstpara) 
- set the format of the titles of figures and tables to
  2.2. Table/Figure
