DOCBOOK-APPS: Missing XSL-styles for refsection

Hello!

I write a <refentry> document and use <refsection>.
In result chunked html <refsection> presents as plain xml.

xsltproc output:

$ xsltproc --xinclude -o xmllint-html/ --param default.encoding 
\"KOI8-R\" \
/usr/share/xml/docbook/xsl-stylesheets/html/chunk.xsl xmllint.xml
No template matches refsection.
No template matches title.
Writing index.html for refentry

When I change <refsection> to <refsect1>, html output is ok.
