DOCBOOK-APPS: ulink and HTML target

Using:
docbook-xsl-1.53.0

Is there a way to create HTML output for <ulink>s where only selected
<ulink>s get an HTML attribute of "target=_blank"?

I only know "ulink.target" which sets (if set to '_blank') this 
attribute for all <ulinks>.
