DOCBOOK-APPS: jade: error connecting to "www.oasis.open.org"(Connection timed out)

Hi!

I'm having trouble using db2pdf on my Mandrake Linux 8.2 (with all
relevant DocBook apps upgraded) system:

Notice that I'm behind a non-transparent HTTP proxy, but I don't know how
to tell that to jade.
