DOCBOOK-APPS: Re: jade: error connecting to "www.oasis.open.org"(Connection timed out)

Hi!

I might add that someone contacted me in private mail and told me that I
need to remove the PUBLIC followed by URL from the XML Header to compile
the document. Now it works perfectly.
