DOCBOOK-APPS: Problems with XSL stylesheets 1.55.0

I replaced the XSL stylesheets 1.54.1 with the
the XSL stylesheets 1.55.0.

Well, with version 1.55.0 I'm able to generate
FO output, but I'm not able to generate HTML
output. xsltproc simply does nothing and never
returns the control...
