Footers (again).

Hi,

Using vanilla dsssl 1.77 and openjade (text-backend), is it normal that
the bop footnotes don't appear in the bottom of the page but at the bottom
of the text?. What I mean is this:

page text
page text (1)
page text
page text

(1) this is a footnote

instead of:

<!-- page starts -->

page text
page text
page text (1)
page text
page text

(1) this is a footnote

I remember doing footnotes with latex, and they appeared at the bottom. Is
this behaivor customizable for dsssl?.
