This is a known bug:

Unfortunately, the perl script for transforming an SGML refentry to a man
page won't do tables either.

Bonjour,
I am using xsltproc and docbook-xsl/manpages/docbook.xsl to convert man
pages
from DocBook XML to man (groff).
Unfortunately we have tables (!) in a number of our man pages.
Before embarking in an (hopeless) effort to write the transformation (I am
neither a guru for XSLT, or troff/nroff/groff), I am asking if any of you
have
already written something like that?
