No. This is not only issue of browser but also of installed fonts.

When specifiyng font-family to use, use list of font-family names and 
mention some font with lambda in this list. You must then set property 
font-selection-strategy to character-by-character value.

ISO entity sets are document at the end of DocBook: The Definitive 
Guide. Actual rendering depends on tools used and their configuration.
