No adjustColumnWidths function available.

I am getting this error when chunking to xhtml with documents with 
tables. It is a fatal error and documents will not go any further.  
Documents validate and table structure is correct. Is there something 
missing in the tool chain?

Using xsltproc and docbook-xsl-1.61.0 on Mac OSX.
