Tables in FOP 0.20.5

I'm attempting to use FOP 0.20.5 to produce PDFs, but I can't process the
documents if they contain any tables. Anyone manage to get this working?

I'm using DocBook XSL 1.61.3 and processing to FO with xsltproc.
