Re: DocBook XSL V1.62.0 released

The draft watermark delivered with the DB XSL stylesheets, was too big
when used with FOP 0.20.5 formatting for A4 paper.

So I created my own watermark using XFig.  This watermark fit well
inside the page, when using 1.60.1, and formatting with FOP 0.20.5.

However, when using the 1.62.0, this watermark is too large.  The "T"
gets parts of its stem bitten off.
