Re[2]: [docbook-apps] indent doesn't seem to recognize the <ol> envi ronment

Actually this function called "body-start" not "body-star-indent".
Note also, that this function is supported by XEP, but not inside
expressions since it cannot be calculated in parser (before actual
page-master is selected).
