sorry for the confusion.

Mea culpa.

I had a mix-up of sgml and xml catalogs, which was at the origin for some
things not being resolved properly. Now it works fine.
(could be tested with xsltproc --nonet option)

Why do I still use sgml catalogs ? Because that is the only catalog
system provided by Debian stable (at the moment).
