Hyphenation problem - #'s at the of lines...

Thread: Hyphenation problem - #'s at the of lines...

I'm noticing for some reason PDF's that I'm generation via FOP 0.25 are 
getting #'s at the end of lines instead of a - for hypination.  Has anyone 
seen this before?
