DocBook4.2 & iso entities

Hi,

i'm trying to use DocBook 4.2 with jade121 and get the following errors:

docbook42/docbookx.dtd:112:17:E: "X20AC" is not a function name
docbook42/ent/iso-amsa.ent:8:19:E: "X21B6" is not a function name
docbook42/ent/iso-amsa.ent:9:19:E: "X21B7" is not a function name

... what's the workaround or the resolution for this problem.

BTW, has anyone managed to use OpenJade13 with
<!DOCTYPE BOOK PUBLIC "-//OASIS//DTD DocBook V4.1//EN"

under Cygwin/Win2000 ? Although the same properties work with jade121 ?
setenv SGML_CATALOG_FILES 
"C:/cygwin/usr/share/sgml/docbook/docbook41/docbook.cat;C:/cygwin/usr/share/sgml/docbook/db178/common/catalog;C:/cygwin/usr/share/sgml/docbook/jade121/catalog"

which causes the error:
cannot generate system identifier for public text "-//OASIS//DTD DocBook 
  V4.1//EN"
