Strange FOP error

Hi,

How do I find this error in my fo file?

[ERROR] file:/C:/work/VRPlugin/Documentation/UserGuide/out.fo:523:3861
page-sequence must be child of root, not fo:flow

Since my fo-file hasn't got any newlines I don't know where in the document
523:3861 is.
