Getting a <h1> title on home page in Website?

Is there something I can put in my local customization, to get the
home pages <title> rendered in <h1> at the top of the generated HTML
home page, when using Website 2.4.0?

Is there something I can put into
  <xsl:template name="home.navhead">
  </xsl:template>
perhaps?
