Hi Norm,
I notice that the table of contents templates were changed to use the
titleabbrev element rather than the title element. Was that in response to
a feature request? I'm not sure I agree with using the abbreviated title in
that context. I think it is ok in running headers, and maybe in cross
references, but I think the TOC should have the complete title. Just my
opinion, of course.
