PDF outputs in DocBook Website

I prepared an XSL-FO stylesheet, processed it with a DocBook Website XML 
source and obtained a PDF file.

I was wondering if someone could propose me a solution that lets me 
process my XSL stylesheet with autolayout.xml, so that I can have all my 
PDF files at the end of the process.
