Re: [docbook-apps] marginLeft/Right

It turns out that this is not possible to 
do with parameters alone in the current stylesheets.  It would require 
customization of the page masters.

 

I think it should be feature, though. I've 
got a solution that would appear in the next release.  If you need it right 
away, let me know and I can forward it to you for testing.
