Re: Non-chunked xsl for website-full.dtd

I have a stylesheet which can do the exact opposite: turn a DocBook 
document into a series of Website docs. Less challenging, I know, but 
still useful: we use it to create our website, demo disks, etc.

Just been told to add a lot of xrefs, so I'm trying to add some 
keyword-based xref tables. I will try to get it out in some useful form 
soon.
