xsl-fo title pages

Using latest xslt stylesheets, I'm unsure which xml
file to use with the templates/titlepage.xsl

The one in the fo directory seems to produce valid markup,
but I needed to hand edit it to import the main fo stylesheet.

I'm missing something, or the stylesheets are?

The xml file in /templates is missing a namespace on
one of the attributes, according to one of the errors reported.

Confused.
