BibTeX to DocBook bibliography?

Dear DocBook users,


I've been writing quite some doc's in XeTeX and I have a BibTeX database
with some 500 entries. Is there some way to get these easily from the
BibTeX format to a DocBook xml bibliography? Doing this by hand would take
too much time.
