Docbook to TWIKI (or WIKI, I suppose)

Hello all,

The company I work for uses TWIKI to document some of their internal 
processes. They've been pretty impressed at what I've been able to 
accomplish with DocBook, and wanted to know if there were any conversion 
tools that converted DocBook XML to a TWIKI format and/or vice versa. 
(Hopefully, a few of you are familiar with TWIKI--I wasn't until I 
joined the company.)

I've searched a bit online, and the common resources only point to a few 
basic tools that don't seem to fit. Has anyone done a project like this? 
If so, what tools did you end up using?
