Third Edition tip

If you want to be sure you are getting the Third Edition pages when you are
accessing the HTML version of my book DocBook XSL: The Complete Guide, you
might want to clear your browser cache.  The new edition is installed in the
same location, and most old URLs still work for the new pages.  But your
browser may pull some 2nd edition pages from your browser cache.
