Embed Movie in PDF output from DocBook

Hi All,

Could someone please comment how to include a movie in a PDF document 
(FO output)? (So that no internet connection is necessary to view the 
movie able the PDF is downloaded)

Currently I am including movies in a DocBook XML document as follows:

<!NOTATION MOV SYSTEM "MOV">
<!ENTITY video1 SYSTEM "Mosaics/test_quicktime.mov" NDATA MOV>
