adjustColumnsWidth: so what has changed

All,

I just tried to upgrade fom 1.67.0 to 1.68.0, but gets complains about
missing adjustColumnsWidth function.

I can't find any changes in html/table.xsl or the Table.java, so what has
changed ? Maybee I can get a tip before doing some heavy debugging ?

Have set both use.exetensions and use.tablecolumns.extension and are using
Saxon 6.5.3.
