Missing title in glosslist?

Hi,

I observed a strange error, if I markup a glosslist with a title. After I 
transformed this to FO and run XEP I get:

[error] Element 'fo:list-block' cannot have non-empty text descendants 
here.

If I disable the title in the glosslist I don't get the above error. I had 
a look at fo/glossary.xsl but it seems there is no glosslist/title for 
any "glossary.as.blocks" or "glossary.as.list" mode.

Is this a bug in the stylesheets or do I miss something?
