Including list of figures/tables in TOC

Hello,

I'd like to include entries referring to the list of figures and the list  
of tables in the TOC of my document.

I.e. something like

ToC
	list of figures .................... 1
	list of tables  .................... 2
	1. first chapter ................... 4

How could I achieve this?
