Fantastic, thanks Bob! I spent an hour or more this afternoon poring
over TDG and trying a series of attribute permutations to no effect.
BTW, I take it 'contentheight' in (the HTML version of) "DocBook XSL:
The Complete Guide" should actually be 'contentdepth'?
