Now works as designed.  Thanks a lot.

If anyone else needs this fixed for 1.68.1, you can download just the
latest fo/graphics.xsl and add the new 'img.src.path' parameter to
your customisation layer:

  <xsl:param name="img.src.path"></xsl:param>
