Spanning index title

Hello.

I use DocBook XSL 1.68.1 and prefer index title to be in all
columns, not only for first.

It's possible add param like
http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/doc/fo/index.div.title.properties.html
for control index title generation ?
