XEP and prepress

Hello list,

I have a document with as custom sice (23cmX17cm) and I print it on  
A4 pages. I need to print some cuts marks. After my first question on  
this subject, Alexander Peshkov (thanks to him) told me to look at  
the XEP reference PDF. And I found a part of the solution.

I must add some XEP parameters BEFORE <fo:root> ! Doh ! I can I to  
that ? Did I have to define my own user.pagemaster template in my  
custom.xsl file ?
