default.image.width in docbook-xsl

Hi all,

this parameter is not accepting percentage value, because the 
stylesheets don't accept '%' as a unit of measure. How should I achieve 
images to be pagewide by default?
As FO knows percentage in fo:external-graphic@width, it is not 
completely wrong idea to have it also in this xsl:param, is it?
