Eclipse toc href?

I'm using eclipse.xsl v1.69.0, and it creates toc.xml with my full local
path in all the hrefs. I want the href to just use the filename with no
path. Is there a parameter or a workaround? I seem to remember reading
this was a known issue, but I couldn't find a reference to it.
