Docbook Website Navigational List Text Wrap

As I am not proficient in HTML, what is the preferred method to alter the font 
size in a Docbook Website tabular TOC based upon hierarchy?

Would like nested tocentry(s) to utilize a smaller font; extended text wraps 
to the absolute left edge of the navigational list regardless of indent or 
hierarchy.

Best solution would be for text to wrap at the indent with text size 
consistant throughout the navigational list.
