If you have FrameMaker 7 on Windows, information
on the conversion table is found on page 465 (483 of 582)
of the Structure Application Developer's Guide
Online Manual.  It is located here on my system:

C:\ProgramFiles\Adobe\FrameMaker7.0\OnlineManuals

I would give the conversion table a try, but you 
will most likely still have some
clean-up that needs to be done by hand.
