Docbook Relax NG tool chain for OS X

I'm just downloading the Aquamacs <http://aquamacs.org/> version of 
Emacs and planning on using James' nXML.

Does anyone have any suggestions, caveats, pointers, links, etc., that 
would help me get up and running in Docbook on the Mac?
