Re: [docbook-apps] Docbook-Website CSS Problem

Forgot to read Bob Stayton's CSS section "Adding custom class 
attributes" ( from the book I purchased )

Wrapped the link element with a phrase element, added the role property to the 
phrase element and enabled the stringparm phrase.propagates.style.

Now css works as expected in non CSS3 browsers.
