Thank you very much! But I have already switched to xsltproc/fop.
It took hours for me to switch (since I am not so smart).
What seems to be trivial and obvious were unfortunately not so for me.
Worse, I am using Ubuntu which sometimes behaves slightly different
compared to debian.
