Convert docbook to wiki

Hello!

I have one question. Do you know any tool to convert docbook documentation 
to a wiki format? Not a perfect transformation, something close to wiki 
syntax would be enough.

One more question. There are many projects or tools to generate docbook 
from wiki. Do you have some experience with any of them? Is there one to 
be recommended?
