About fonts

Hello folks,

I use XEP to generate PDf form my docbook source.
I would like to use the font Hoefler text which is part of Mac OS X  
(I use Mac OS X).

But this font a a .dfont and I dont find how to use it in xep.xml.

Is somebody could help me ?
