IEEE format

Dear all,
i惴 just messing around with M$ WORD and the IEEE 6x9 format. I wonder if there are XSL customizations available to realize PDF output of an article in this format. Google told me that there was a discussion about this topic some while ago (2002), but no out-of-the-box solution. Any hints?
