Chapter TOC

Hi,

my customization layer contains the following:

<xsl:param name="generate.toc">
        book toc,title
    	chapter toc
    </xsl:param>

since I want the chapter TOC without the generated text (Table of Contents).

However, the generated TOC title appears in PDF, no matter how the
parameter is set: "chapter toc" or "chapter toc,title".

My toolchain is:
DTD 4.4, XSL 1.69.1-snapshot (dated 2005.09.26) and XEP 4.4, all under
Oxygen 6.2/Win

Can anyone help?
