more than 15 callouts?

I just had a programlisting with more than 15 callouts. The ones above
15 were generated somehow, even though the images are not in the
callouts directory.
I have to say, some of the higher-numbered callouts look a little
strange, but I was wondering, has anyone got a set of callout images
that go up to number 20?
