Utilize saxon-6.5.4 (eclipse-3.1
w/ oxygen-6.2 plug-in) with xsl-1.69.1; stylesheets html/profile.chunk.xsl,
html/profile.docbook.xsl and fo/profile-docbook.xsl all transform correctly implementing
profile.* pragmas
